Saturday August 8th 12:00 Noon - 3PM Island wide Event - all Islanders welcome * BBQ lunch * Fun for the whole family * Possible Emergency Helicopter landing Fundraiser for Emergency Night Flares for  helicopter landing and publishing of the first Keats Island Emergency Response Booklet. (Walk In Traffic Encouraged)

Keats Camps Gala

Monday August 3rd  3 - 7 PM Islanders are invited to the annual Keats Camp Family Fun Day * Face painting * Crafts * Ring toss * Tug o’ war and more. * Barbeque dinner is at 5:30 pm. There is no fee for this event, but much needed donations to the Camp will be gratefully accepted. (Please respect this dry kids event.)

Eastbourne Kids Fishing Derby

Sunday August 2nd 12:00 Noon - 2PM Parents bring your kids to the Eastbourne Dock to try some catch-and-release for fun. The tide will be a low 1.7 - 2.2m  ( 5 - 7 ft ). It should be easy to see starfish, sunfish, extension cords, wallets, keys and mermaids... Try for the Weirdest catch, the Biggest catch and the Most shiners caught and released between 12 and 2 PM. Maybe some of the Eastbourne Kids Fishing Derby Veterans will show up to help out. Meet and set up - move dinghys etc. at 11:00 AM. Private boats please avoid the prop tangle dock at this time - Thanks.
